tired boy

Eli played so hard this afternoon that he fell asleep as he was playing. He has never done this before and it was pretty cute to find him asleep in his toys.

 

almost four months

We’ll celebrate four months with our son in just over a week. He is such a joy to us! On Monday he learned to roll over by himself, though he can only go from back to front. He does love being on his tummy, where he tries to crawl but none of his limbs touch the ground so he doesn’t go anywhere. He is starting to giggle and is a very smiley guy especially for the parents. He is such a beautiful gift!

 

He loves spending time with his papa, doing manly things like closing the garage and being undressed. He has a very cute little bum which we will not fully display here.

 

Eli enjoys books though he doesn’t really let us finish the page before trying to turn. Maybe he is more of a picture guy than a reader.

We are thankful that he has been so healthy and seems to be on track developmentally. We are thankful that he is sleeping 7-9 hours at night and napping well during the day. We look forward to seeing this little guy (who has gotten big so fast) continue to develop. We pray we’ll be faithful to raise him well as we teach him more and more of the Truth.
