Bottom heavy

My favorite position for Eli to nurse in is us lying side by side on the bed. It is more relaxing for me and if he falls asleep, I don’t have to move him. The only problem is that his bum is so big from the cloth diaper that he keeps flipping onto his back. I have to position him forward leaning just enough so that he doesn’t fall backward constantly.
